For visualisation projects, this stage focuses on capturing the essence of the developer’s vision, target market, and architectural intent. We establish the narrative, palette, and spatial character needed to produce renders that are not only accurate but emotionally engaging and commercially effective. The outcome is a clear, well-informed design foundation that guides the visual and technical stages that follow.
Stage 2 - Design & Documentation Development
Once the creative direction is set, we move into the development phase — where ideas take form through drawings, detailed specifications, and visual outputs. Every detail, from materiality and lighting to spatial composition, is thoughtfully resolved to create a cohesive and elevated result.
For full interior design projects, this includes producing detailed design packages, FF&E specifications, and lighting layouts to ensure precision during implementation. For visualisation commissions, it means refining the approved concept and sample imagery making sure the objectives set in Stage 1 are met. This stage represents the synthesis of design, and technical detailing.
Stage 3 - Design Realisation Support
The final stage ensures your design vision is delivered with accuracy. As a design firm, we provide design oversight and advisory support, working alongside your appointed contractors, project managers or marketing team to maintain the integrity of the concept through execution or visual presentation.
For interior projects, we liaise with contractors, review key milestones, and offer styling direction to ensure every finish and proportion aligns with the original design. For visualisation projects, we oversee final image refinement, colour grading, and presentation output to ensure every render communicates the design narrative.
