Our studio had the pleasure of collaborating with custom home builders in Florida to conceptualise their first luxury home model — a contemporary residence designed to appeal to the modern Orlando buyer. The vision was to create a soft yet sophisticated aesthetic that feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly refined.

We achieved this through a curated blend of pastel tones, brushed brass accents, and layered lighting that enhances both flow and function throughout the open-plan layout. Each detail was carefully considered to balance comfort with high-end design — from spatial planning and finishes selection to bespoke lighting and electrical layouts.
